Instant Pot Rice Pudding Recipe

The most amazing Instant Pot rice pudding recipe that takes just 10 minutes and is the best dessert ever! Just 4 ingredients and great either warm
Ingredients:
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1.5 tbsp butter
1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz)
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. shredded sweetened coconut

Directions:
Put Instant Pot on saute mode, add butter, melt
Add rice and stir
Add coconut milk, regular milk, 1/4 c coconut, and sugar. Stir
Set to pressure high for 14 minutes, do a quick release
Press saute again
Whisk together your evaporated milk and egg in a small bowl
